Public Classes
I teach restorative and yin public classes. Classes are always designed to cultivate mindfulness and create a deeper connection with the breath and your body.
They are set to music that meets the mood of the practice and are sequenced to safely invite the body to arrive, open and strengthen. I share these practices to help quiet the mind, dismantle fear & judgement and to empower yourself to clarify and reach for what you truly desire.
I specialize in restorative and yin yoga because we need to remember to rest! I believe slowing down is vital to living a balanced life. These practices soothe the nervous system and give us an opportunity do less and be with what is present in a loving, compassionate way.

Private Instruction
Private instruction can be done either one on one or in groups. This type of intimate setting gives us a chance to specifically focus on what areas of your practice you are interested in working on and we can alternate what type of yoga we do (restorative, vinyasa, hatha, yin or prenatal).
I will tailor each session to your needs or the needs of a group. This is a great way to build the foundation of your practice as well as to continue to develop it in a safe & accessible way so that it grows to support you.
Sessions can be focused on asana (postures), meditation, breathing techniques, intention-setting and/or building sacred space and self care rituals. I specialize in restorative + trauma informed yoga as well as giving you tools to manage stress and anxiety.
I also teach to youth, families and am available for private events.
Classes take place in the comfort of your own home or in a studio space.

Corporate Wellness
Yoga and mindfulness techniques have been shown to have incredibly positive effects in the office environment and increase the wellness & productivity of employees.
By practicing yoga and utilizing mindfulness techniques we work to dissolve the repetitive stress caused by deadlines, poor postures & the constant business. This creates more potential for employees to excel in their roles in a healthier, balanced way.
Classes can be a mix of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and stress management or focus exclusively on one. I especially LOVE to bring restorative yoga to offices to encourage taking a break from all of the doing and take time to rest. :)
